The double ageing of Ron Barceló Signio aims for an especially smooth texture and an intense aromatic profile. Its finishing period in high-toast barrels adds depth to cocoa and coffee notes, while the whole remains rounded like a Dominican rum given time and attention. In the glass it is warm, perfumed and persistent.

The 700ml bottle is best enjoyed slowly, at the end of a meal or during a long conversation. Taste it neat or with one large cube; gradual dilution opens the aromas without erasing the toasted character that defines the expression.
