Dark in colour and loaded with intense fruit, Eristoff Black transforms the house's triple-distilled vodka base into a wild berry liqueur at 18% ABV. In the glass it shows a deep red-black with violet highlights, and the nose fills quickly with sweet, juicy forest berries. The character is decidedly indulgent: berries dominate both nose and palate, and the final sensation is sweet and persistent.

The 700ml bottle suits very cold service, over ice or mixed with sparkling water to lighten the sweetness. It also works well as the base for seasonal cocktails built around forest fruit, or as a dark accent in more complex mixed drinks with citrus and spice.
