From the island of Negros in the Philippines, Don Papa 7 Years is a premium small-batch rum matured for seven years in oak barrels. At 40% ABV, it stands out for an intensely fruity and vanilla-forward profile that makes it a rum to savour rather than to mix. Tropical notes and barrel sweetness appear in the glass from the first moment, wrapped in a silky texture that years of ageing have polished smooth.
