From the farm to the bottle: Chase GB Gin is built from the most unusual raw material for a London Dry-style gin — potatoes grown on the Chase family's own farm in Herefordshire. That potato-distilled base spirit, instead of cereal grain, provides an unmatched creamy texture that sets this gin apart from the rest. Ten selected botanicals — juniper, coriander, ginger and cardamom among them — are infused through a slow distillation in copper pot stills at 40% ABV and 700ml. Country of origin: United Kingdom.
