Eight years of maturation in American oak elevate DYC 8 Años above the classic DYC: that extra time in the cask delivers a deeper golden colour and a richer aromatic profile, with notes of floral honey, spice and a delicate smoky touch that barely appear in the unaged DYC. In a 700ml bottle at 40% ABV, made in Spain, it remains accessible and versatile but with the depth of a whisky that has had time to develop.

It can be drunk neat to explore the difference that eight years brings, or in mixed drinks where a Spanish whisky base with more character than the standard is wanted.
