At 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle, this Guatemalan rum benefits from a cool mountain climate that slows ageing, allowing exceptional integration of the rums aged between 6 and 23 years that are blended using its system of solera in casks that held American whiskey, Sherry and Pedro Ximénez.

Its mahogany density invites slow sipping neat in a low glass. It is a digestif to accompany dark chocolate with a high cocoa percentage or roasted nuts.
