Combining three months of ageing in American oak barrels with a subsequent refinement in traditional clay tinajas (amphorae), Pradorey Origen Roble stands out as an innovative red. At 14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Ribera del Duero, it associates Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. Made in Spain.
Its fruity meatiness and volume on the palate are highly pleasant. Try it pairing with grilled meats, traditional barbecues and Iberian tapas.
