Description
La Guita is one of the most famous and valued Manzanillas worldwide, crafted in the coastal town of Sanlúcar de Barrameda from Palomino Fino. At 15% ABV in a 750ml bottle, its ageing under a veil of flor contributes an unmatched saline and citrus fineness. Made in Spain.
Its dry and pungent profile establishes it at the bar aperitif. It is well suited for pairing with fresh seafood, fried fish and cured Iberian ham.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Very pale straw yellow, bright and clean.
- Aroma: Delicate aromas of chamomile, green apple and dry almonds.
- Palate: Light, very dry and extremely fresh, with sharp acidity and saline finish.
- Serve: Serve very chilled, at about 6 °C, with seafood, fried fish or Iberian ham.
