Description
Mayor De Castilla Verdejo Vino Blanco is produced by the García Carrión group from high-altitude plots to capture Verdejo aromatic typicity in Rueda. At 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it undergoes stainless steel fermentation to preserve passion fruit fruitiness. Made in Spain.
Its persistent, herbaceous finish establishes it as a highly reliable classic table white. It pairs very well with baked fish, fresh grilled seafood and rice dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with clean youthful greenish highlights.
- Aroma: Powerful, showing fresh hay, wild fennel and passion fruit.
- Palate: Voluminous, fresh and well-balanced, with the characteristic varietal bitterness.
