Description
The traditional Franco-Españolas cellars craft Diamante Semidulce Vino Blanco, established as the most famous and historic sweet white in Rioja Alta. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it associates Viura and Malvasia by stopping fermentation naturally. Made in Spain.
Its honeyed and fresh character makes it a classic summer proposal. It successfully accompanies savoury appetizers, sweet pastries and oriental dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow with attractive golden highlights.
- Aroma: Delicate and fruity, showing sweet orange blossom, wild honey and ripe pear.
- Palate: Smooth, silky and delightfully sweet, with integrated fruit acidity.
- Serve: Serve very chilled, at about 6-8 °C, with appetizers, spicy food or desserts.
