Produced in high-altitude selected vineyards of the Castilian region, Blume Rueda 2017 Vino stands out for its great structure and cellaring potential in Rueda. At 12.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this traditional Verdejo offers an herbaceous background and a rich mouthfeel. Made in Spain.
Its subtle bitter finish grants a magnificent consistency and persistence. It pairs ideally with grilled shell seafood, baked fish and creamy rice dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow with delicate greenish glints in the glass.
- Aroma: Powerful, showing fennel notes, fresh hay, white peach and passion fruit.
