Bold and exuberant from the first aroma, Don Papa Baroko carries the signature of the Filipino distillery on the island of Negros pushed into a different register: no age statement, but a strong character of intense vanilla, toasted oak and citrus that stacks generously in the glass. At 40% ABV in a 700ml bottle, it feels more expressive and powerful than many labelled aged rums.

It can be enjoyed neat, over a large cube of ice or as the base of a tropical-style cocktail where you need a rum with real character, not just sweetness.
