Since the nineteenth century, Anís del Mono Dulce has defined the profile of Spanish sweet anise: distilled in copper stills with natural aniseed and sugar, its smooth and Mediterranean flavour has made it a reference that has remained relevant in bars and homes for generations. At 35% ABV in a 700ml bottle, it has enough presence to hold in the glass without the dry, pungent profile of sugar-free versions.

Serve it cold in a small glass to appreciate its sweet anise at its best, or add it to coffee for a benchmark Carajillo. You can also use it in baking preparations where you want anise with naturally integrated sweetness.
