The maceration of sloe berries in anise is the technique that builds Navarrese pacharán, and this Patxarana Licor at 700ml and 25% ABV follows the tradition: the selected sloes contribute a dark, lightly acidic fruit with depth, which anise balances with sweetness and a herbal background. The result in the glass is a fruity, digestive liqueur to sip slowly, fitting naturally at the end of a meal. Made in Spain.

Serve it very cold, without ice or with a small cube, in a short glass. It can also accompany aged cheeses or forest fruit desserts where the sloe flavour adds a dark counterpoint.
