The Victorian gardens of the Glen Grant distillery in Speyside inspired the name Arboralis — from the Latin, 'of the trees' — for a single malt at 700ml and 40% ABV that ages in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-Spanish Sherry oak casks. The result is a luminous and approachable Speyside: brilliant gold in the glass, with aromas of flowers, orchard fruit and honey; the palate reveals creamy butterscotch, dried raisins and a delicate spice that lead to a long and sweet finish.
