A nomadic maturation defines Nomad Outland Whisky, which begins its ageing in oak casks in Scotland and then travels to Jerez de la Frontera for a finish in Pedro Ximénez casks. At 41.3% ABV in a 700ml bottle, made in Spain, this spirit associates over thirty malts and grains , gaining honeyed notes of raisins, floral honey and Sherry.

This is an innovative proposal from master blender Richard Paterson. Serve it neat at room temperature in a short glass to appreciate the velvety, sweet texture granted by the Andalusian cask.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Dark amber with reddish Pedro Ximénez highlights.
• Aroma: Raisins, floral honey, Sherry wood and sweet spices.
• Palate: Rich, sweet and velvety, with raisins, dried figs and soft oak.
