Cresta Rosa Fizz is a famous Spanish needle wine, celebrated for its natural fine bubbles produced through secondary fermentation. This rosé version from Spain associates Mediterranean red grapes like Tempranillo, Carignan and Grenache in the Empordà Designation of Origin, standing out with its fresh and light fruitiness. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle.
Its lively bubbles make it a fun and highly refreshing summer proposal. It accompanies outdoor appetizers, Mediterranean salads and light pasta dishes excellently.
