Penascal Rosado is crafted in the Laguna de Duero winery through a natural secondary fermentation in the bottle, established as one of the most popular needle wines. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it associates Tempranillo and Grenache with a highly integrated carbonation in Castilla y León. Made in Spain.

Its fruity sweetness and freshness place it as a classic proposal in the Mediterranean summer. It pairs perfectly with vegetable rice dishes, light pasta and seafood tapas.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Bright raspberry red with very persistent fine bubbles.
• Aroma: Highly aromatic, with red forest fruits and wild floral hints.
• Palate: Soft, rounded and incredibly refreshing thanks to the integrated needle.
• Serve: At about 6-8 °C with Mediterranean rice, pasta or seafood tapas.
