Description
Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a premium rosé crafted in partnership with the prestigious Arzak family, from grapes grown on the Legardeta estate. At 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Navarra, it associates Grenache and Tempranillo in a voluminous red flower profile. Made in Spain.
Its great fineness establishes it as an extraordinary gastronomic rosé. It pairs perfectly with complex seafood, baked poultry and high-cuisine recipes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Very pale, elegant 'onion skin' pink colour.
- Aroma: Subtle and distinguished, with fresh pomegranate, strawberries and rose petals.
- Palate: Surprisingly voluminous, silky and fresh, with a long elegant finish.
- Serve: Serve at about 10-12 °C with complex seafood, poultry or high-cuisine dishes.
