Description
Cap de Ruc Tinto, which owes its name to the Catalan term for 'donkey head', is crafted from 100% Grenache to highlight the fresh Mediterranean fruitiness of the Montsant hills. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it offers sweet tannins and roundness. Made in Spain.
Its fluid and close profile makes it a highly suited daily wine. It pairs perfectly with grilled vegetables, semi-cured cheeses and traditional Spanish charcuterie.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright ruby red of medium concentration in the glass.
- Aroma: Fresh red fruits, wild cherries, aromatic thyme and rosemary.
- Palate: Soft, medium-bodied and well-balanced, with a pleasant fruity persistence.
- Serve: At about 15 °C with grilled vegetables, cheeses or Spanish charcuterie.
