Description
Tinta de Toro vines aged ninety to one hundred years give life to Matsu El Recio 2021, the red wine in the famous trilogy represented by the father figure. At 14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Toro wine ages for fourteen months in second-fill French oak barrels to soften the climate's strength. Made in Spain.
Its silky mouthfeel establishes it as a highly balanced wine in its area. Serve it at about 16 °C with grilled red meats or Castilian roasts.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Highly covered cherry red with a garnet rim of good clarity.
- Aroma: Dark chocolate, roasted coffee beans, vanilla and ripe black fruits.
- Palate: Voluminous, fleshy and rounded, with integrated tannins and long finish.
- Serve: At about 16 °C with grilled red meats or Castilian roasts.
