Description
Gramona Gessamí takes its name from the Catalan term for jasmine, establishing itself as an aromatic gem evoking the Mediterranean spring. At 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Penedès, it associates Muscat, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewürztraminer in a dry and highly fresh palate. Made in Spain.
Its great aromatic presence makes it an indisputable benchmark white. Try pairing it with spicy Thai dishes, Japanese sushi and salads with fresh cheeses.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Pale straw yellow of great brightness and clarity.
- Aroma: Intense floral explosion of white jasmine, peach and tropical fruits.
- Palate: Surprisingly fresh and dry, with lychee hints and silky texture.
- Serve: At about 8 °C with Thai, Japanese cuisine or fresh cheeses.
