Familia Torres produces Viña Esmeralda in Penedès, a highly recognised aromatic white wine worldwide. This blend of Moscatel de Alejandría and Gewürztraminer recreates the floral freshness of a Mediterranean garden. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in the Catalunya appellation, made in Spain.
Its perfumed and delicately sweet profile makes it ideal for pairing with exotic dishes. It combines excellently with spiced Asian cuisine, seafood salads and fresh fruit desserts.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright light straw yellow.
- Aroma: Intense and exotic bouquet, with roses, jasmine, orange blossom and sweet honey.
- Palate: Silky, smooth and delicately sweet, balanced by fresh acidity.
