The traditional Mediterranean technique defines El Prior Mistela, a sweet liqueur wine crafted by stopping fermentation by adding alcohol to fresh grape must. At 15% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it preserves the grape's natural sweetness entirely, achieving a dense texture in Catalunya. Made in Spain.

Its concentrated fruitiness establishes it as a magnificent table digestive. Serve it chilled accompanying nuts, traditional pastries or blue cheese boards.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Deep gold with attractive bright amber highlights.
• Aroma: Dried apricots, dried peaches, artisanal honey and floral jasmine.
• Palate: Thick, highly sweet and sumptuous, with a silky mouthfeel and long finish.
