Description
Conceived to please directly with an agile and highly clean profile, this young white wine from La Mancha is crafted primarily from Airen grapes. At 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it undergoes temperature-controlled stainless steel fermentation to preserve primary citrus fruitiness. Made in Spain.
Its acidity in the glass places it as a refreshing, straightforward proposal. Enjoy it very chilled pairing with pasta salads, white fish and assorted bar tapas.
