Demonio de los Andes Quebranta is a Peruvian Pisco Puro made from 100% Quebranta grapes and associated with the Ica Valley. Its profile is powerful and structured, with firm texture and an expression of white fruit, ripe grape and well-integrated warmth. It has enough energy for a neat pour as well as classic mixed drinks.

The 700ml bottle is especially useful for Pisco Sour, Chilcano and other Peruvian cocktails, although it also deserves a short tasting on its own. Serve it cool without hiding its structure, and pair it with citrus ingredients when you want to lighten the sensation.
