Torres' most recognised brandy, the 10 Reserva Imperial has accumulated decades of standing in Spain and beyond thanks to solera ageing in American oak that builds an intense and aromatic profile. At 38% ABV in a 700ml bottle, notes of cinnamon and vanilla arrive on the nose from the start and hold through the palate with a rounded, persistent warmth that the solera system refines over time.

This is a brandy to enjoy neat in a wide glass or with one large cube of ice that opens it gradually. It also works well at the end of a meal alongside coffee or small spiced sweets that extend its cinnamon notes.
