The Brandy de Jerez denomination has in Fundador its first marketed historical reference, aged in the cellars of Jerez de la Frontera using the traditional solera system. At 36% ABV in a 700ml bottle, this Spanish spirit matures in American oak casks that held Sherry, obtaining a bright amber colour, dried fruit aromas and toasted oak with a sweet, persistent finish.

This is the classic after-dinner Brandy de Jerez. Enjoy it at room temperature in a clean balloon glass to appreciate its Sherry aromas, or use it as a base for classic brandy cocktails.
