Fine Champagne Cognac means the blend combines eaux-de-vie exclusively from the two most prestigious crus of the appellation: Grande Champagne and Petite Champagne. In the Rémy Martin VSOP at 700ml and 40% ABV, from France, that selection produces an aromatic harmony of vanilla, toasted oak and dried apricots that gives way on the palate to notes of violet, rose and ripe summer fruit with a long and elegant finish.

This is a Cognac for tasting and for high-end classic cocktails: it works neat in a Cognac glass, over ice in summer, or as the base of a Sidecar where the quality of the spirit makes the difference.
