Description
In the famous town of San Vicente de la Sonsierra, Hacienda Lopez de Haro Crianza 2019 is crafted from a blend of Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano sourced from old vines. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Rioja Alta red wine spends eighteen months in French and American oak barrels before bottle refinement. Made in Spain.
Its fineness and persistence make it a highly suitable companion for roasts. Try it with grilled red meats, traditional stews or cured cheese boards.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright cherry red with a clean brick-red rim.
- Aroma: Expressive and complex, with ripe red berries, leather and sweet vanilla.
- Palate: Smooth, medium-bodied and silky-tannic, with a long balsamic finish.
- Serve: At about 16 °C with red meats, stews or cured cheeses.
