Vino Rioja Azabache Crianza is a modern-style red wine produced by Bodegas Aldeanueva in Rioja Oriental from Tempranillo, Grenache and Graciano. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it ages for twelve months in American and French oak to achieve coconut and vanilla notes. Made in Spain.

Its fluid structure places it as an excellent red for Mediterranean gastronomy. Try it pairing with roasted vegetables, meat pasta dishes and semi-cured cheeses.

Tasting Notes

• Appearance: Intense ruby red and of good brightness in the glass.
• Aroma: Ripe black berries, plums, vanilla, toasted coconut and sweet spices.
• Palate: Well-structured, smooth and of balanced acidity, with polished tannins.
• Serve: Serve at about 15-16 °C with pasta, grilled vegetables or cheeses.
