Description
From the historic Castell del Remei estate comes Gotim Bru, a pioneering red wine from the denomination aged for ten months in French and American oak barrels. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it associates Grenache, Tempranillo, Syrah and Cabernet Sauvignon in a profile of great fruitiness and balanced wood in Costers del Segre. Made in Spain.
Its Mediterranean and fleshy character gives it great versatility at the table. It accompanies home-style stews, grilled meats and semi-cured cheese boards excellently.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep cherry red with a clean garnet rim.
- Aroma: Ripe forest fruits, balsamic notes, cocoa and a hint of vanilla.
- Palate: Structured, fleshy and well-rounded, with fresh acidity and long finish.
- Serve: Serve at about 16 °C with meat stews, roasts or savoury tapas.
