Inspired by the clarity of Castilian skies, Viña Albali Blanco stands out for being a light, dry and highly consistent single-variety Airen. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Valdepeñas, the grapes are harvested at their exact point to guarantee white flower freshness. Made in Spain.
Its refreshing acidity places it as a highly demanded daily white. It is well suited for pairing with grilled fish, seafood paella and simple summer dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Straw yellow with clean highlights of crystalline look.
- Aroma: Clean, with aromas of pear, apple and jasmine blossom.
- Palate: Crisp, fresh and easy-drinking, with a very light pleasant finish.
