Description
The highlands of Pozaldez in Rueda are the origin of El Perro Verde Verdejo, a single-variety white wine of great personality created by Angel Lorenzo Cachazo and Uvas Felices. Grapes are harvested at night to preserve their tropical fruit aromatic freshness. At 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Made in Spain.
Its overflowing freshness and minerality make it a highly enjoyable wine. Serve it very chilled to pair with fresh seafood, sushi and light seaside tapas.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Very pale straw yellow with lime-green glints.
- Aroma: Explosive and clean, with passion fruit, green apple and cut grass.
- Palate: Crisp, silky and highly balanced, with refreshing acidity and mineral finish.
- Serve: Serve very chilled, at about 6-8 °C, with fish, sushi or seafood.
