Description
Paul Ricard created in 1932 the recipe for Ricard Pastis de Marseille, the world's best-selling anise-based spirit, crafted with star anise from China, Mediterranean licorice and Provençal herbs. In a 1L bottle at 45% ABV, from France, this classic aperitif delivers an intense aniseed aroma and a cooling, herbal palate that quenches thirst immediately.
To serve in the traditional Provençal style, dilute one part Ricard with five or six parts of very cold water and ice, watching the glass turn a milky, opaque yellow instantly.

- Aroma: Very marked star anise, sweet licorice and wild herbs.
