Description
Legaris Roble seeks to express the most intense fruitiness of the Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) variety, complemented by a short ageing period of three months in American oak barrels. At 14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Ribera del Duero red stands out with its dark cherry colour and highly subtle toasted vanilla notes. Produced in Spain.
Its silky mouthfeel makes it an excellent table wine for appetizers. It combines very well with varied tapas, grilled red meats and Castilian country rice dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep cherry red with bright purple highlights.
- Aroma: Ripe red fruits, red cherries, plums and soft toasted notes.
- Palate: Silky, balanced and fresh, with a long and fruity finish.
- Serve: At about 15 °C with tapas, grilled meats or rice dishes.
