The Otto Bestue family estate in Enate crafts Bestue Somontano Roble, a red wine that associates the Tempranillo grape with the structure contributed by Cabernet Sauvignon. At 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Aragon red spends six months in French and American oak barrels to achieve discrete toasted notes without losing energy. Made in Spain.

Its fleshy and powerful fruitiness makes it a highly recommended table wine. Try it with grilled meats, semi-cured cheeses and structured pasta dishes.

• Appearance: Deep cherry red of covered depth with violet highlights.
