Description
Vi Al.Tamarom N.Jove is a young red wine crafted in the prestigious Ribera del Duero denomination, designed to boost Tempranillo's fresh fruitiness. At 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it undergoes minimal wood ageing to gain roundness and gentle tannins. Made in Spain.
Its direct fruitiness places it as an excellent red for daily consumption. It successfully accompanies assorted bar tapas, herb-roasted chicken and light pasta dishes.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Deep cherry red with a lively, clean violet rim in the glass.
- Aroma: Intense red forest fruits, fresh cherries and ripe plums.
- Palate: Lively, balanced and highly fresh, with refreshing acidity and soft tannins.
- Serve: At about 14-15 °C with assorted tapas, roasted chicken or light pasta.
