Grapes grown in plots located at over 700 metres of altitude give rise to Ramon Bilbao Vinedos de Altura, a red wine associating Tempranillo and Grenache. At 14% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this Rioja ages for fifteen months in French oak barrels to achieve a vertical profile and refined tannins. Made in Spain.

Its vibrant acidity and floral freshness represent the modern face of the denomination. Serve it at about 16 °C with duck breast, lamb meats or stews with mushrooms.
