Description
Abadia Retuerta Seleccion Especial, representing the essence of the estate, is crafted from a blend of the best grapes of each of their plots in the Sardon de Duero region. Predominantly Tempranillo enriched with Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah, it ages for twelve months in French and American oak casks. At 14.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it stands out for its silky smoothness and fresh acidity. Produced in Spain.
Its elegance and balance make it a highly valued option in high-end gastronomy. It accompanies traditional Spanish roasts and sophisticated Mediterranean dishes excellently.
Tasting Notes
