Description
Valdespino Xeres Seco is aged under a veil of flor following the traditional solera system in the historic Sherry triangle. At 15% ABV in a 1L bottle, this Palomino Fino represents biological typicity and extreme dryness in the glass. Made in Spain.
This one-litre format is a highly demanded classic in Spanish gastronomy. It pairs excellently with seasoned olives, toasted almonds and cured Iberian ham.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright pale straw yellow of highly clear appearance.
- Aroma: Pungent and delicate, with hints of fresh dough and nuts.
- Palate: Very dry, light-bodied and clean, with a subtle biological bitterness.
- Serve: Very chilled, at about 6-8 °C, with Iberian ham, seafood or olives.
