Description
Fermented at low temperatures in the Rueda area, Ramon Bilbao Verdejo 2024 stands out as an aromatic white wine crafted to preserve citrus fruitiness and wild character. At 13% ABV in a 750ml bottle, it offers a silky mouthfeel balancing the fruit notes. Made in Spain.
Its subtle bitter finish provides great persistence in the glass. It is well suited for pairing with fresh baked fish, shell seafood and warm summer salads.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Highly clear straw yellow with greenish glints.
- Aroma: Highly intense, with passion fruit, fresh grapefruit and fennel herb.
- Palate: Vibrant, fresh and silky-textured, with a characteristic long bitter finish.
