Description
First created in 1962 by Familia Torres, Viña Sol Original captures the fresh essence of Parellada grapes grown in the Catalan highlands. At 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle, its cool fermentation in stainless steel preserves delicate green apple notes in Catalunya. Made in Spain.
Its vibrant acidity establishes it on sunny Mediterranean days. It is well suited for pairing with seafood paella, summer salads and grilled fish.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Very pale straw yellow, bright and clean in the glass.
- Aroma: Fresh green apple, citrus zest and delicate floral undertones.
