With 100% Tempranillo grapes from the denomination, Pago de Breda Roble is crafted as a modern-style red wine featuring a highly fruity profile. Subjected to a brief ageing period in American and French oak barrels, this red preserves the fruit freshness of ripe cherries combined with wood spices. At 13.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle. Produced in Spain.
It makes a highly versatile proposal for daily table drinking. Try it pairing with simple pasta dishes in meat sauce, roasted white meats or charcuterie boards.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Clean cherry red with marked violet highlights.
- Aroma: Forest fruits, red cherries, black licorice and sweet vanilla.
- Palate: Medium-bodied, soft and rounded, with mature tannins and a fruity finish.
- Serve: Serve at about 15 °C with pasta, white meats or charcuterie.
