Description
Canals & Nubiola Brut is crafted using the traditional method with Penedes Macabeo, Xarel·lo and Parellada grapes, designed to deliver a fruity and accessible profile. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this cava balances youthful freshness with a soft sweetness that softens acid nuances. Made in Spain.
Its balanced and fluid character places it as a highly recommended option for banquets. It combines well with salty appetizers, Mediterranean rice dishes and light pastries.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright straw yellow of clean appearance in the glass.
- Aroma: Fresh citrus, ripe green apple and clean white flowers.
- Palate: Smooth, rounded and very easy-drinking, with a slightly sweet finish.
