From a short skin maceration of organically grown Mediterranean red grapes, Codorníu Clasico Organic Rosé acquires its attractive strawberry-pink colour. At 12% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this organic cava undergoes at least nine months of ageing on its lees in the silence of Penedes cellars. Made in Spain.

Its cheerful and fruity character establishes it as a summery proposal of great freshness. It combines very well with pasta in mild sauces, Mediterranean salads and fruit desserts.

• Aroma: Explosive and highly fruity, with raspberries, fresh strawberries and white flowers.
