Since 1869 the Maison Moët & Chandon has made its Brut Impérial from more than one hundred reserve wines drawn from the three main varieties of the Champagne appellation: the structure of Pinot Noir, the flexibility of Meunier and the finesse of Chardonnay converge in a cuvée at 12% ABV and 750ml that has defined the profile of accessible and celebratory Champagne. The colour is bright golden yellow with fine, persistent bubbles.

Serve between 8 and 10 degrees in a flûte or tulip glass. Open slowly without shaking and pour at an angle to preserve the effervescence. It pairs with seafood, sushi and light appetisers, or simply as a toast without further accompaniment.

• Appearance: Brilliant gold with fine, continuous and elegant bubbles.
• Aroma: Green apple, fresh citrus, white flowers and a mineral note.
• Palate: Fresh, smooth and balanced, with hints of brioche and dried fruit at the finish.
