Description
The granitic soils of Alella contribute their marked mineral character to Parxet Brut Nature, an extremely dry cava with zero dosage (no sugar added). At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle, this sparkling wine offers fine, vertical bubbles that highlight the purity of the Pansa Blanca grape and its wild freshness. Made in Spain.
It is the recommended choice for lovers of pure Brut Nature sparkling wines. Its crisp acidity pairs excellently with fresh oysters, sushi and salty appetizers.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Very pale, bright yellow with very fine vertical bubbles.
- Aroma: Sharp and citrusy, with green apple, lemon and granitic mineral notes.
- Palate: Very dry, crisp and highly refreshing, with a long clean finish.
- Serve: Serve at about 6-7 °C with sushi, oysters or salty appetizers.
