Description
A short skin maceration of Mediterranean red grapes grants Bach Extrisimo Rose Brut its bright strawberry-pink colour. At 11.5% ABV in a 750ml bottle in Penedes, this cava ages for at least nine months on its lees to gain fruit structure and creaminess. Made in Spain.
Its cheerful and fruity profile makes it a fantastic proposal for outdoor appetizers. It pairs ideally with light pasta dishes, salads and fruit desserts.
