Description
Presented in a two-hundred-millilitre bottle, Jaume Serra 20 Clcava is a classic Brut cava ideal for spontaneous moments or personal toasts. Crafted using the traditional method from Penedes varieties at 11.5% ABV, it ages carefully in the cellars of Vilanova i la Geltrú. Made in Spain.
Its individual 200ml format is highly popular in hotels and quick celebrations. It successfully accompanies savoury canapes, Mediterranean appetizers and light desserts.
Tasting Notes
- Appearance: Bright yellow with a constant column of clean bubbles.
- Aroma: Fruity and fresh, with hints of green apple, citrus and yeasts.
- Palate: Balanced, refreshing and highly harmonious, with very integrated acidity.
